He is survived by: his wife Carlene Hammond McCrary; his former wife JoAnne McCrary; his children, Curtis McCrary, Karen Purcell and Kimberly Scholler; and his sister Patricia Shraberg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
