It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Richard Hayes (Richmond, Kentucky), born in Berea, Kentucky, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Walter and Laura May Ballard Hayes; his grandson Jerrod Mullins; and his brother John Hayes (Mabel). He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Mullins (Nate) and Rick Hayes (Jessica); his grandchildren, Nathan Mullins (Diana), Nic Mullins (Emily), Natalie Mullins (Zach Crouch), John Warren Hayes, Evan Richard Hayes and Emilie Hayes; and his great grandchildren, Savanna, Carolina and Charlotte Mullins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
