Dobbins and Loda Mae Boley Dobbins; her husband Donald Hilpp; her children, Brian Hilpp, Mark Hilpp (Melissa), Jason Hilpp (Kim) and Sabrina Hilpp; and her siblings, Joe Dobbins and Joanie Dobbins. She was also cherished by 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
