She was predeceased by: her parents, William'Tip' Lipps and Zudia Elam Lipps; her husband Greg Blevins; and her siblings, Michael Lipps and Judy Blanton.
She is survived by: her niece Paula Beth Taylor; her sisters, Margie Sandusky and Lucy Cummins (Gaines); her siblings-in-law, Kathy Lipps and Paul Blanton; her stepmother June Lipps; her stepsiblings, Marietta Maggard (Jerry), Pam McCoy (Bill) and Flip Wooten (Gene); and her friend Betty Goins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
