He is survived by: his children, Paul Tipton (Mary Ann) of Conway, Kyle Tipton (Dorothy) of Berea, Kentucky, Deborah Broaddus (Earl) of Richmond, Elsie Tipton of Richmond and Elizabeth Brown (Wayne) of Paris, Kentucky; his stepson Bill Newcom of Waco, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Rebecca Jackson (Aaron), Jason Tipton (Lea), Mark Tipton, Gary Tipton (Larissa) and Justin Broaddus (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Blake, Christopher, Annabelle, Samantha, Robert Jackson, Elizabeth, Noah Tipton, Luke, Kali, Bella, Lyla Tipton, Logan, Temperance Tipton, Shawn Boyd and Samuel Broaddus; his stepgrandchildren, Tommy, Phillip Newcom and Christy Clements; and his siblings, Anna Francis Barfield, Charles "Buster" Tipton and Betty Jean Mayfield.
