Weaver and Lora Alcorn Weaver; his wife Donna Marie McCracken Weaver; his stepson Steven Ray Brock; his daughter Darlene Weaver; his stepdaughter Rita Jo Brock; his siblings, Alice Elizabeth Weaver, Bill, Tine and Walter Weaver; and his sister-in-law Wanda Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, Steven Charles Weaver (Betty) and Bobby Ray Weaver (Tammy); his stepdaughters, Beverly Swinford, Patricia "Pat" Hudson (Bobby) and Brenda McHargue (Kenny); and his siblings-in-law, Roy McCracken and Marilyn Dewitt (Grover). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
