He is survived by: his sister Georgia Mae Goodloe; his children, William Howard Hocker, Pamela Mae Hocker, Valarie Floyd (Frank), Terrance Dwight Hocker (Alice), Anthony Ballard (Donna), Kevin LeRoy Hocker (Anyette), Mary Elizabeth Hocker and Carol Mundy; his stepchildren, Otis Ballard (Cynthia), Marie Rose and Betsy Campbell; his niece Edna Elizabeth Jackson; his granddaughter Yolanda Williams; his cousins, Brenda Shearer and Marjorie Green; his siblings-in-law, Wanda Ballard, Larry and Randall Ballard; and his close friends, Louise Turner, Pam Parks and Nancy Richardson. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, cousins, nephews.
