He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wagers Conner and Salley Mae Fielder Conner; and his siblings, Raymond Conner, Charles Conner, Leon Conner, Alberta Smith, Sarah Mae Davis and Janette Deaton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Marshall and Rosie Brinegar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that all visitors wear a face mask to the visitation and funeral.
