She was predeceased by: her parents, Simpson Merle and Mary Richardson Horn; her husband Cleveland Perkins, Jr.; and her siblings, Milo Horn, Robert Allen and Berniece Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Perkins (Kristianna Apodaca) of Nicholasville, Marilyn Ayers (Edward) of Richmond and Phyllis Peavley of Richmond; her grandchildren, Morgan Perkins (Greg Isaacs), McKenzie Perkins (Chris Livingston), Megan Clouse (Kristin), Stephanie Sutterfield (Tony), Leslie Hamilton, Albert Washington Jr. (Melissa) and Cleveland Washington (Amanda Kilby); her great grandchildren, Samuel Perkins, Gray Powell, Gabriel Elliott, Abigail McConathy, Kenton Clouse, Adam Peavley, Alex Sutterfield, Paisley Hamilton, Aria Hamilton, Liberty Hamilton, Paul Washington (Sarah), Mia Washington and Kaitlyn Washington; her great great grandchildren, Maxwell Washington and Cameron Washington; her niece Norma Brickell (Kenny); and her pet Murphy Lee.
