He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert, Sr. Rogers and Lore Willgoroth Rogers; his sister Anne-Marie Arvin; and his brothers-in-law, Garry, Danny, Billy and Larry Freeman.
He is survived by: his significant other Colleen Freeman Rogers; his children, Michelle Palmer (Stephen) and Herbert Rogers, III (Molly); his brothers, Fred Rogers (Ann) and Gary Rogers (Sharon); his grandchildren, Stephanie Moore (Dustin), Brianna Ackerman (Michael), Adam Palmer, Andrew Palmer, Bethany Rogers, Herbert Rogers IV, Jack Boyd Rogers and Michaela Rogers; his great grandchildren, Jace and Macy Moore; his sister Carolyn Freeman; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Freeman and Cindy Freeman; his close friend Shane Poff; and his pets, Daisy and KC.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
