Howell of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Lucedale, Mississippi, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Howell and Nola Howell; and his siblings, Leroy Howell, Leonard Howell and Luzenia Marques.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Louise Cash Howell; and his daughters, Nola Scherer (Michael) of Marysville and Dr. Dana Howell of Richmond.
