He is survived by: his children, Anthony Isaac and Lisa Surbeck (David); his grandchildren, Autumn Surbeck (Abby), Michael Surbeck (Emma) and Amber Smith (Josh); his great grandchildren, Noah Smith, Makayla Philpot, Lexi Philpot, Easton Presley, Kannon Stingel and Kennity Stingel; and his siblings, Delmar Isaac (Anita), Nina Collins (Franklin) and Debbie Taylor (Stevie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
