He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis Wallace (Victoria Brown) of Lexington, KY and Marissa Wallace of Lexington, KY; his stepmother Ruby Wallace of Hazard, KY; his sister Amy Burbridge (Cliff) of Richmond, KY; and his stepbrothers, Eddie Jackson, Gary Jackson (Dawn) of Hazard, KY and Lonnie Jackson of San Franciso, California.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
