He is survived by: his wife Ruby Foster; his children, Frankie Foster (Colleen), Ricky Foster (Anita) and Terresa Weyhrauch (Ernie); his brother Don Foster (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Foster, Carrie Foster, Matthew Foster (Maddie), Felisha Moore, Jason Valentour (Nikki), James Weyhrauch and Joseph Weyhrauch. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
