She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Spence and Bell Beverly Spence; her grandson Shelby Scott Steele; and her siblings, Billy, Charlene, David and Nellie.
She is survived by: her children, Hubert Steele, Shelby Steele III (Kathleen), Scott Allen Steele (Tina) and Rhonda Anderson (Kerwin).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home (1110 Barnes Mill Rd, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
