He is survived by: his parents, Kim Billings and Malessa DeHart Billings; his grandparents, Hollis and Rosie Jane DeHart; his brother Taylor Anthony Billings (Julia Terrell); his uncle Matthew; his aunt Lana DeHart; and his cousin Traci Gruenwald.
