She was predeceased by: her parents, Taylor J. Chambers and Ethleen Royce Chambers; and her husband Douglas Owen Hackworth. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Hackworth (Kaye), Jerry Hackworth (Brenda) and Bill Hackworth (Audrey). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of other extended family and friends.
