With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elwood Tuel of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elwood Tuel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Tuel and Glenn Thompson Tuel; and his sisters, Mildred Stambaugh, Allene Tuel and Louise Hinson.
He is survived by: his wife Samira Kassees Tuel; his children, Tia Matthews (Chuck) of Lexington and John Tuel (Tyeis) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Peyton Tuel, Clay Matthews, Parker Tuel and Molly Matthews; and his sister Christine Shugars of Maysville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
