He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wagers and Bertha Smith Wagers. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carol Tribble Wagers; his children, James Allen Wagers (Dianna) and Tonya Carol Pisula (David); his grandchildren, Robert Logan Pisula, Ashlee Morgan Pisula and Jordan "JJ" Wagers; and his siblings, John Wagers and Doris Jean Cheeks. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
