Edward Nearhoof Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2023, at the age of 87, Edward Nearhoof of Richmond, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brooks Nearhoof and Dorothy Markley Nearhoof; his sister Sonya Hafer; and his brother-in-law Paul Hafer. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Johnson (Michael) of Richmond and Greta Nearhoof Blankenship (Phillip) of Richmond, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Emma Blankenship, James Blankenship, Stephanie Clark (Brett), Austin Johnson (Brianne) and Aubri Green (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Ezra Clark, Zoe Clark, Jarrett Johnson, Brooks Johnson, Saylee Johnson, Blakely Green and Hudson Green.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Richmond Church of Christ Food Box Program serving Madison County Schools.
