He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hall Campbell; his daughters, Margaret Campbell Hurt (John) and Suzanne Campbell; his grandchildren, Jason Douglas Hurt (Abby), Jackson Hall Hurt and Laura Grace "Gracie" Hurt; his siblings, Herman Campbell (Bonnie), Eldon Campbell (Mary Lynn), Betsy Campbell Rogers, Ruby Campbell Dunn (Jimmy) and Imogene Campbell Hisel; and his close friend Dean Reed. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
