He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Bartley and Frances Elizabeth Freeman Bartley; and his brother Kenneth Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann "Lisa" Keene; and his brother Tom Bartley (Lynne).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
