He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dean Combs; his daughters, Marilyn Elam, Joy Pennington and Dr. Jennifer Wolfe; his stepdaughter Carol Johnston (Tracey); his grandchildren, Stephanie Jones (Lewis), Chris Chipley, Lindsay Pelfrey (John), David Lybrook, Bramson Wolfe and Michael Wolfe; his stepgrandchildren, Austin Taylor and Halle-Morgan Blackwell (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Sydney Pelfrey and Todd Chipley (Megan); his stepgreat-grandson Maxwell Taylor; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Dean and Sue Oldham (Roy); and his nephew Larry Combs (Tonda). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
