She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Edward Ackerman III; and her parents, Jimmie Ousley and Edith Ousley. She is survived by: her sons, Billy Ackerman (Staci) and Terry Ackerman (Sarah); her close friend Erin Ackerman; her grandchildren, Hannah Joy Ackerman, Sophie Grace Ackerman, William Andy Ackerman and Charolet Lynn Ackerman; her brother Delbert Ousley (Carolyn); her siblings-in-law, Mary Ousley and Clifford King; her nieces, Renee Ray, Jan Ranaldi (Joe), Pam Smith (Mark), Angie Rosanbalm (Shawn), Andrea Bowman (Scott), Tara Duff (Mark) and Lori Derry (Jason); and her nephew Kevin King.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (425 Eastern Bypass, Richmond, KY 40475). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
