He is survived by: his wife Sophia Philpot Halcomb of Richmond, KY.; his siblings, Bobby Halcomb of Walland, TN, Mike Campbell of Manchester, KY and Margaret Halcomb of New Mexico; his sisters-in-law, Ollie Philpot of Manchester, KY and Judy Philpot of Manchester, KY; his aunt Imogene Sparks of Berea; his grandmother Lee Neace of Oneida; and his nephew Chase Campbell of Manchester.
