He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Cecil Winburn and Virginia Pascale Winburn; and his brother Daniel Winburn. He is survived by: his nieces, Sheri Winburn, Bande Gilbert and DeAnna Winburn; his close friend Anthony Wiseman; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney, Jaden, Isabella, Matthew, Marlon, Luke and Ethan.
