He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlo Lamb and Mary Ballard Johnson; his children, Regina Fry and Jessie Dale Lunsford; and his siblings, Harold Ballard and Joyce Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Kaye Gabbard Lamb; his children, Chad David Gabbard Lamb, Michael, Tim, Kimberly and Penny; his grandchildren, Caylee Grace and Gage Eli; and his brother Glendon Ballard (Carolyn).
