He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Smith Burns; his children, Chris Burns (Christina) of Lancaster, KY, Joseph Renfro (Amanda) of Broadhead, KY, Shaun D. Burns of Richmond, KY, Matthew Burns (Audrey) of Richmond, KY, John Rachford (Amber) of Berea, KY, Cory Rachford of Richmond, KY, Lucas Rachford of Richmond, KY, Cody Rachford (Ashley) of Richmond, KY, Candy Chambers (Keith) of Richmond, KY, Carrie Fuit (Doug) of Richmond, KY, Hannah Alcorn (Jeffrey) of Richmond, KY and Lacy Rachford of Richmond, KY; and his sisters, Loraine Bicknell (Carl) and Linda Hoover (David Joe). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
