He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Moss and Tommie Tripplett Christopher; and his brother-in-law James William Kelley. He is survived by: his close friend Linda Richards; his sons, Darryl Wade Christopher (Karina) and John Thomas Christopher; his stepgrandson Steven Holt; his sisters, Janean Hughes (Billy Ray), Lucy Curraleen Kelley and Vivian Kirby (Buddy); his nieces and nephews, Gabe Cruse, Garner Cruse, Rebekah Christopher and Chase Christopher; and also Tina Cruse (Shawn).
