He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Lee Foster and Alean Kelley Foster; his wife Melissa Kelley; his grandson Nathaniel Cain; and his brothers, Tony, Bill and Keith.
He is survived by: his children, Dwane Mullins (Amy), Sabrina Mullins (James) and Brandi Langston; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Abigail, Brooklyn, Katelyn, Dwane Le, Melissa, Rayleigh, Avalyn, Braxton, Autumn, Bentley, Seth, Sophia and Emberlee. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
