It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Phillips of Richmond, Kentucky, born in Beattyville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Phillips and Nell Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Brooke Phillips; his children, Hunter Phillips (Kristin), Stacey Smallwood (Jodi), Kelly Daughtery, Brandy Phillips and Becky Azbill (Thomas); his sister Donna Hubbard; and his grandchildren, Johnathon Phillips, Maci Phillips, Tate Smallwood, Brooklyn Baker, Preston Azbill, Cade Ball and Tucker Noland.
