He is survived by: his parents, Melroy Jr. Napier and Brenda Gail Pennington Napier of Grayson; his wife Jessica Michelle Owen Napier; his siblings, Julena Adams (Brian) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Nathan Napier of Richmond, Brian Napier of Olive Hill and Glen Napier of Richmond; his parents-in-law, Steve and Sharon Fyffe Owen of Webbville; his brothers-in-law, Jason Owen of Webbville and Joshua Owen (Jenny) of Lexington; his nephews, Brice Adams, Ethan Napier, Evan Napier, Caleb Owen and Seth Owen; his niece Olivia Adams; and his pets, Hoss, Pepper and Toby.
