He is survived by: his wife Vickie Allen; his sister Laura Wietkamp (Darrell); his niece Chase Daniel; his cousin Tom Floyd; his stepson Kevin Worrell; his stepbrother Renn Willingham; his sister-in-law Jackie Hammons; his nieces, Michelle, Melissa and Jessica; and his nephew Bryan.
