He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Stanifer and Hazel Stanifer; his former wife Linda Worrell; and his brothers, Cecil Stanifer, Jr. and Charlie Stanifer.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Thomas; his daughters, Kim Boggs (Gary) and Katrina Stanifer; his grandchildren, Drew Boggs (Megan), Taylor Zale, Brooklynn Zale and Conner Zale; his stepchildren, Kristen Fryer (Keith) and David Thomas; his stepgrandchildren, Palmer Parks (JR, II), Deacon Thomas, Kali Thomas, Hudson Fryer and Eli Fryer; his great grandchild Brooks Brewer; and his stepgreat-grandson J. Roger Parks, III. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Richmond Cemetery (606 E Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
