He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Charles Montgomery. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Perkins Luster; and his extended family, Doug, Shirley Luster, Paul, Brenda Luster, Charles, Beverly Luster and Goldie Hiten.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home (328 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
