She is survived by: her children, Daisy Phelps of Richmond, KY, Emma Phelps of Richmond, KY and Timothy Phelps of Richmond; her siblings, Daisy Farris, Gladys Jenkins, Robert Walker (Betty) and Lloyd Walker (Jennifer); her grandchildren, James Phelps, Jeffery Phelps, Athena Phelps, Latasha Phelps, Rachel Phelps, Jalen Phelps, Alicia Phelps and William Allen Phelps; her great grandchildren, Amare Phelps, Shyreece Phelps and Travon LaDuke; her great great grandchild Semaj Phelps; and her friends, Sarah Bailey, Tara Redford and Rosonna Chenault.
