C.); his grandchildren, Colby Bogie (Amy), Gabe Perkins and Lyndsey Perkins Wainscott (Chase); his brother Wayne Perkins; and his stepchildren, Patricia Combs and Robert Combs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
