She is survived by: her children, Jesse Phillabaum and Malissa Sparks (David); her grandchildren, Amanda Estep (Jason Estep), Stacy Wathen (Shawn Watts), Tiffany Mills (Joshua), Jesse Phillabaum III (Sarah Sarver), Patrick Phillabaum, Kachina Donley (Edward) and Harley Phillabaum; and her brother Robert Bell (Nancy). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, numerous extended family members and dear friends.
