He was predeceased by: his parents, Luster McDaniel and Mary Mabe McDaniel; and his siblings, William "Bill" McDaniel, Gladys McDaniel, Joyce Booth, Janice Rose Miller, Sandra Ramey and Inis Faye Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Moberly McDaniel; his children, Carl Wayne McDaniel II and Nikki McDaniel Azbill (Brandon); his stepsons, Ben Gullett (Katrina), Kevin Gullett (Shonna) and Derrick Gullett (Jennifer); his brother Herman McDaniel (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Conner and Cara McDaniel; and his pets, Molly, Josie, Lillie and Dillon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
