He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Elizabeth Mae Newland Turner; his former wife Jakie Faye Parke Turner; and his brother William Turner. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Cox; his sons, Charles Kevin Turner of Georgetown, Timothy Scott Turner of Lexington and Jason Lee Turner (Arlene) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Mallory Waites, Elizabeth Grace Turner, Jacob Francis Turner and Joseph Scott Turner; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Waites, Sasha and Maltese.
