He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Broaddus and Charlotte Cornelius Broaddus; and his siblings, Lindsey Broaddus, Jackie Broaddus, Donald Broaddus, Jane Broaddus Kinney, Jerry Broaddus Rice and Tommy Broaddus.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Slone Broaddus; his children, Elijah Broaddus, Ava Grace Broaddus and Robert Broaddus; his brothers, Hubert Broaddus and David Broaddus (Teresa); his mother-in-law Kathryn Slone; his brother Barry; his siblings-in-law, Tracy Norfleet and Jeff Slone; and also, Lyrica Hoffman-Broaddus and Keith Johns. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
