He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralphie Sowers and Edna Louise Sowers; his mother-in-law Roberta Long; and his aunt Claudette Harrington. He is survived by: his wife Ida Marie Allen; his parents, Carl Andrew Allen II and Katharine Sowers Allen; his sons, Wyatt Andrew Allen and Zachary Chase Allen; his brother-in-law Avery Anthony Long (Krystal); his siblings, Boo Boo Long (Tammy) and Tina Allen; his sister-in-law Alverta Shackelford (Roger); and his father-in-law Avery Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with several aunts and uncles.
