He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Medlock and Luada Carpenter Medlock. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jane Rose Medlock; his daughter Angela Clark; his stepdaughter Jennifer Hickam; his siblings, Marty Spence, Jack Medlock (Jean), Ray Medlock, Joe Medlock (Joan) and Danny Medlock (Pat); and his stepgrandchild Ashley Hickam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
