He is survived by: his father Conley Bryan McIntosh, Jr.; his children, Tristen Green, Jessie James Cain and Baylee Horn; his siblings, Daniel Dillard, Ezekiel McIntosh, Kristen Madden (Wayne), Jeanann Williams, Adaline Williams, Katherine "Katie Faye" Williams and Mary Sue McIntosh; his nieces and nephews, Steven Sowers, Danny Sowers, Robyn Sowers, Aveigha Bellfield, Avery Bellfield and Madison Dillard; and his cousins, Bryan Lamb and Brandon Lamb.
