He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Oliver and Katherine Culton Oliver; and his brother-in-law Bailey Isaacs. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Loretta Isaacs of Richmond, KY, Lonnie Oliver (Brenda) of Richmond, KY., Ralph Oliver Jr. (Patricia) of Richmond, KY and Limuel Oliver (Sandra) of Richmond, KY; his godchildren, Addison and Lucas Lamb; and his close friends, Dee, Paul Mullins, Laura, Jacob Lamb, Tom Thurman (Lorenda), Keith, Alisa, Ashley, Kayleigh Agin, Paula Hansford, Baby Jane Collins Reams (Steve), David Olds, Sue Tussey, Melanie Abbott, Donna Hines (Rich), Gina Combs, Lynn Cornelison, Catherine Flory and Horse Riding. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
