He is survived by: his parents, Dale Pelfrey and Phyllis Gabbard; his siblings, Aaron Dale Pelfrey (Jessica) of Winchester, KY, Mia Pelfrey of Lexington, KY and Lyn Pelfrey of Beattyville, KY; his grandmother Marie Gabbard; and his aunts and uncles, Lela Carol Noe of Florida, Janice Vincent of Florida, Lillian Combs of Ashville, N. C, Andrea Gabbard of Washington, Marsha Gabbard of Beattyville, KY, Jeff and Greg Gabbard. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
