He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Jean Childers Sparks; his father Lester Sparks; his son Curtis Sparks (Brittani); his siblings, Scotty Sparks (Sherry), Elrena Taylor (Ramey) and Sondra Creech; and his grandchildren, Madison "Maddy" Sparks, Dylan Sparks and Kylee Newby. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
