He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Foster; his children, Billy Gibson Foster Jr. and Monica Stratton (Luke Kiner); his grandchildren, Dylan Castle, Mathew Foster and Hannah Rupard; his great grandchildren, Ryker Stringer, Parker Stringer, Paisley Rupard and Levi Willett; and his siblings, Lula Forbes, Loretta Powell (Ricky) and Waydell Foster. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
