He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Caudill and Mary Watts Caudill; his son Mike Caudill; and his brothers, Herbert Jr. and Roland Caudill.
He is survived by: his wife Della Caudill; his daughter Lisa Williamson (Tim) of Richmond, KY; his daughter-in-law Lisa Caudill; his siblings, Rudell Caudill of Lexington, KY, Sue Carol Jacobs (Benny) of Waynesburg, KY, Ann Stewart (James) and Hassell Caudill (Isabell); his grandchildren, Ben Williamson (Taylor), Erin Holbrook (Todd), Matt Williamson (Nichole) and Steve Caudill (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Will, Alex, Henry, Marlo, Gunner, Della, Madeline, Meredith and Marlee; and his nephew Friends.
