She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Johnson; her son-in-law Walter "Buddy" Lewis; her grandson Zachery Davis Lewis of Richmond, KY; and her sisters, Carol Ann Bonta Mitchell of Lexington and Dian Bonta Fallis of Lexington.
